Mmmm... yum.

My mom used to make these bars filled with black current jam when I was a kid... I probably hadn't had one in about fifteen years - until she surprised me with them the day before yesterday. I may have eaten the entire baking tray's worth in two sittings. But, in my defense, they were really delicious.
