
Mini mock-souffles with molten chocolate inside. These were amazing, I have to say. I used this recipe, but with dark chocolate instead of white (because white chocolate? Ugh. Yuck.)

Lemon-curry-ginger chicken and braised rainbow chard. This tasted great too - except we learned the hard way that the broiler in our over is... how shall I put this... not good. The skin did come out nice and crispy, though. Oh well, next time I'll just roast them instead.
