Fishcakes...

...you know, like crabcakes, but with fish (cod, as it happens).

These were a little involved, but really fun to make, and they came out delicious. I followed Martha's recipe, but left out the scallions and lemon juice (since I didn't have them on hand). But I did get to use my new hot sauce! Also, I used matzo to make the breadcrumbs, which worked out just fine. I have a sense you could also use flour or even cornmeal instead.
